1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By using the BMA website you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The BMA reserves the right to make any changes to the website as required. We are not held responsible to you for any changes that may occur.   Occasionally, we may modify these Terms and Conditions and we will post a revised version on the BMA website.

3. Validity Of Discount Codes.

Whilst we do our very best to ensure all voucher codes displayed on the BMA are current and valid, we cannot possibly check each one. It is your responsibility to check that the expected discount has been applied when you enter the code during the checkout process.

The information and content of this website are there purely for your information. We are not giving advice and we should not be relied upon for making or avoiding any purchase decisions.

Payments are made directly to the merchant and any issues regarding cancellations or refunds are between the user and the retailer. We accept no responsibility for disputes between users and retailers. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of the BMA for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of the BMA or that of its employees or agents.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the BMA and its related companies, and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents and merchant partners harmless from and against any third-party claim or cause of action, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs, arising, directly or indirectly, out of your use of the BMA application or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

10. Severance

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

You agree that these terms of service or any claim, dispute or controversy (whether in contract, tort or otherwise, whether preexisting, present or future, and including statutory, common law and equitable claims) between you and the BMA arising from or relating to these Terms of Service, their interpretation or breach, termination or validity, the relationships which result from these Terms of Service, the BMA application, the BMAs advertising or any related transaction shall be governed by and contrued in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
