The next Lewis Hamilton - aged 4?
8 Jul 2007
He may be only four but Ben Kasperczak seems to have got what it takes to be a racing champ.
The youngster has been given a driving contract at the same track where Formula One sensation Lewis Hamilton once plied his trade.
Ben, of Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, bombs round the Rye House circuit in Hoddesdon at 35mph – once he has been driven there after going to nursery.
Track manager Brad Mulroy, who signed Ben, said: 'The little lad can hardly string a sentence together but he can spin a kart around the track like a wizard.'
The deal gives Ben money for karts, mechanics and track use but he is too young to be in races.
Ben's father, Paul, said: 'I know there's talk of him being the next Lewis Hamilton. We can but hope.'
