Drivers face a possible Ban under a new rule to hit the latest edition to the Highway code,and you could be charged with Driving without Due Care And attention.
The new update which is the first for over Eight years is 42 Pages long and has 29 more additions.
The booklet explains that you may not smoke in a car van that is considered to be your Workplace.
